Refund policy

We don't charge anything: the interest list and the contact form are free, so there is nothing to refund.

When you sign up online, you'll be able to withdraw within 10 calendar days of signing up, without giving a reason and at no cost, with a refund of 100% of what you've paid (Article 34 of Ley 24.240 and Article 1110 of Argentina's Civil and Commercial Code). If the deadline falls on a non-business day, it moves to the next business day.

To exercise it, fill in the withdrawal form (it's the contact form with the subject “Withdrawal” already filled in). When you send it, we show you a reference number on screen, and within 24 hours we confirm receipt by email with that same number.

It will be published with the call for applications, together with the payment options and deadlines for the price (USD 5,000 all inclusive), and will set out, among other things, what happens if you cancel, if the workshop doesn't go ahead or if force majeure affects the shoot. Travel to Mendoza isn't included in the price: we recommend you don't book it until your place is confirmed.
